What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs vary depending on the weight.
Orders over €75 (within the Netherlands) qualify for free shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
We pack all orders once a week altogether, so the delivery time is approximately 5 working days.
How can I track my shipment?
Your order within the Netherlands will be shipped with PostNL. Once we have a tracking code, we will email it to you so that the order can be tracked.
For orders outside of the Netherlands it depends which carrier is best for that specific country. We always share a track & trace once it is shipped.
How can I return a product?
You can return one of our products by sending it back to us (at your own expense). This can be done to the address below. Always include your full name and order number with your return, so that we can refund the purchase price within 5 working days upon receipt.
We offer all returned products as 'second chance' to reduce waste.

Spice racks and accessories
Wanneer komen de vierkante potjes weer op voorraad?
Wij verwachten half oktober. Een bericht krijgen wanneer ze er weer zijn? Gebruik de "houd mij op de hoogte" knop bij het desbetreffende product.
What do I receive when ordering a spice rack?
When you order a spice rack, we include the rack itself, the glass jars, and their corresponding lids as standard.
To complete the spice rack, you can choose to add pre-printed or blank labels. For the blank labels, we also sell chalk markers. Additionally, you can order extra jars, oil bottles, or salt and pepper sets.
The racks are made of wood and steel.
Our racks are made from sustainable materials sourced from Europe.
The wooden racks come in two variants: black MDF and birch/poplar plywood. The steel racks are made from industrial-grade, powder-coated steel.
Can you make a custom spicerack?
Unfortunately, we no longer provide individual customizations. However, customizations for larger quantities (100+ units) are still possible. Individual customization is expensive and slows down our production process for the vast majority of our customers.
Hoe kan ik het kruidenrek ophangen?
The spice rack can be mounted using screws and plugs on the wall. You can indicate whether you want the spice rack pre-drilled during the ordering process. We will then drill holes in the backboard of the rack and provide any necessary mounting hardware.
How can I clean the spicerack?
Upon receiving a spice rack, there might be some dust present. While we ensure that the spice rack is as clean as possible during production, dust may accumulate during shipping. The best way to remove dust is by dampening a cloth, wringing it out well (it should be damp, not wet), and then wiping down the rack.
Do you have sprinkle caps or other lids?
Unfortunately, we do not have sprinkle caps. We have chosen to keep our suppliers within Europe, and they do not provide sprinkle caps with the jars that we find suitable for our spice racks.
We only provide black screw caps. If you would like a different color or other cork caps, please send an email to info@ghout.nl.

How can I register a complaint?
We recommend that you first make any complaints known to us by emailing info@ghout.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via the WebwinkelKeur Foundation. Since February 15, 2016, it has also been possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been addressed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
